Background

Artificial Solutions is a fast growing specialist software organisation specialising in customer service optimisation solutions.

Operating in twenty languages across 30+ territories the organisation had grown rapidly from a Scandinavian base to becoming a major international player based in Barcelona. With customers ranging from Airbus to E.on to Ikea Artificial Solutions is recognised as one of the fastest growing software companies in the world.

Strategy

Omnisity was commissioned to work with the organisations senior decision makers and to develop an international marketing strategy to help drive the aggressive strategic objectives outlined in the business plan.

Based on a series of workshops, desk research and a series of qualitative interviews a core strategy was developed, presented and accepted within 8 weeks.

Business Development

As part of the international marketing strategy Omnisity was commissioned to deliver a purpose developed opportunity generation programme amongst UK corporates within six vertical sectors.

Initial data universe refined to 1511 contacts across three
functional areas with relevant responsibility and infrastructure.

  • 435 contacts (29%) agreed to stage one of the process
  • 92 (6%) contacts engaged with the complete process
  • Programme resulted in 60 'A' grade qualified opportunities
    being generated
