The Brief

Since 1988 RCT Manufacturing has taken pride in a manufacturing service centred around welding and tube bending, for customers across a range of industries.

The Problem: Despite their strong market position and reputable name, RCT Manufacturing sought to improve their digital presence and attract more enquiries with a more professional and effective online platform.

The task at hand was a complete overhaul of RCT's website, aimed at repositioning RCT in a contemporary light. The design called for an added touch of professionalism to complement the extensive expertise that they have built over time.

Backed by video motion graphics and search engine optimisation, the primary focus was to establish a professional foundation that a strong online presence could be built upon.

What we did

The initial goal was to create an outstanding website worthy of award nomination – no small feat! The new website needed to strike a visual balance, combining a clean, accomplished appearance with a creative touch. This creative element mirrors the diverse possibilities RCT offers in tube bending and welding alone.

When positioning RCT against its competitors, we designed it to stand out, creating an effective sales tool through eye-catching designs and easy-to-use contact forms. The design was further enhanced with video content throughout the site. Additionally, a new design template was created, laying the groundwork for more extensive optimisation efforts.

These optimisation strategies were implemented alongside online advertorial campaigns, to ensure the brand reaches a wider audience. The aim was to create familiarity and trust with potential clients.

RCT’s existing sales pipeline management was also inefficient, so Omnisity recommended and assisted in implementing a new CRM system to streamline the sales process.

After just 6 months, the response to RCT’s new website from clients has been overwhelmingly positive, with a 600% increase in homepage engagement thanks to its unique animated graphic.

Across the site, visitor engagement has also increased by 27% thanks to SEO efforts.

Online advertorial campaigns, carried out by our PPC department, put RCT directly in front of their customer base. They gained 6,549 impressions and brought in 28 high-quality enquiries on a limited budget.
