Telesales Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to specialise in lead generation for a well-established Business-to-Business digital marketing agency.

This is an excellent progression role within an existing Sales Team for an enthusiastic, confident and diligent individual.

As a Telesales Executive at Omnisity, you’ll be generating new business leads to support our business’ growth goals, whilst at the same time progressing your sales career, building strong client relationships and utilising new technology for lead generation.

Duties

Your role will involve working from, maintaining and updating a CRM database to ensure targeted marketing of business owners across a range of sectors to discuss their digital marketing needs.

As part of this, you’ll identify opportunities through LinkedIn and outbound sales, produce leads, book appointments, and attend meetings for the sales team, building a pipeline of high-quality leads.

Working in a telephone-based environment, you will be making a high volume of outbound sales calls introducing a portfolio of B2B digital marketing services including - Website Development, Search Engine Optimisation, Corporate Video Production, and Paid Advertisement.

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ telesales experience, ideally working within marketing, IT, recruitment, financial services, utilities sectors or similar.
  • A self-starter approach and strong motivation to succeed and work towards targets.
  • A confident telephone manner and solid communication skills (particularly verbal), communicating with confidence at all levels of business.
  • Be comfortable handling objections and think creatively to overcome rejections.
  • Work proactively within the sales team to ensure you are focusing effort on correct territories.

You will need to identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales team with an emphasis on high-quality leads.

You will also need to maintain and update the CRM database to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.

The successful candidate must have the following:
